So nice place to be. Friendly people, guests from all over the world, facilities and rooms are in nice shape, clean and modern. Restaurants are a bit expensive .

Love love the hotel ! This is my 2nd time to Bali and I insisted staying in Conrad again. Staffs are so nice and friendly here. Rin and Suku are my two favorite restaurants here.

Great staff , great amenities . But for a WONDERFUL massage , $10 for hour, see the girls at end of the beach in water sport/massage area (opposite end of beach from the swimming pool ). Can't be beat.

One of the best/largest hotel pools I’ve seen. Some rooms have lagoon access and have private pool feel to them (depending on location). Staff is extremely welcoming and courteous, top hospitality .

Great hotel , with great facilities and service. The beach is not the best in Bali though. Try to get the ocean view lagoon room by the pool.

Wonderful hotel with good service ,all the staff here r very friendly !rooms is clean ,the housekeeping change the bed-sheet everyday!environment is superb,definitely worth a visit!

Awesome resort . Everything you need is here. Your diamond status enhances the experience. Make sure you book your room on the Conrad Suites side. Too many noisy kids near the lagoon area.

Beautiful resort , the only problem is the beach , it's a public beach , but it's full of people who do water sports , so it's not good for sunbathing or swimming . If you want a nice beach don't go there.

Great hotel , private beach , very pleasant to stay here for 3 nights. Very hospitality crews working there. I'll missed to come back there again.

Great lagoon room , get 1st floor with direct lagoon pool access . There are A side and B side, B side is quieter and less pool attendants.

The room is nice and comfy . BUT you have to join Hilton membership to have free wifi in your room (never got that before even in a 3*). We paid for a King room they gave twin that's put together!

Try their Massage Oils in their Jiwa Spa .. Such a great great quality of Massage Oils . U can buy the massage oils too in their Spa Shop with beautiful packaging and good price :)

Great swimming pool , great private beach , facility is okay, service is good, a little far from city center, buffet is not enough for choice, anyway, worth to try!

Fantastic resort , killer breakfast buffet and the best classic yet modern resort to stay in by Nusa Dua area.

Like the hotel but generally not a huge fan of the area with too many hotels and nothing Balinese. Hilton Honors Diamond treatment has been good (but not on my first visit few years back).

Really nice 5-star resort-hotel. Though Insanely annoying that free wifi in not provided in the room, only in lobby.

Service for this property seriously needs to improve. As a guest at the presidential suite you would think it would be different. Oh well , I hope it improves during our visit.
