A lovely family-friendly resort with great staff . Three pools (including kids pool ), fantastic buffet breakfast (with a great selection), daily high tea , happy hour and free wi-fi throughout to boot.

The hotel is lovely decorated, breakfast is amazing (big choice). Honestly, rooms are not very clean and big problem with humidity at plunge pool villas . Staff is friendly and always at your service.
Amazing hotel . Nusa dua area for relaxing and water sports not for night life seekers , bali collection near by hotel there is shuttle always and lot of shop.spa and resturant bars but close at 10pm

New hotel with modern design rooms. Shower vast but has large immobile stone seat in the middle and the shower leaks into the room floor. Restaurants good and staff all well trained and attentive.
Club Millésime and le club accor member got quite a lot indulgement here! Like complimentary cocktails & all day refreshments at the club lounge .
Rooms are fantastic and the pools are clean and relaxing for a sun bath and getting water on your skin ????????
Hotel looks amazing, staff generally friendly esp around pool. But being one of the newest hotels , the rooms definitely need restoration. Bathrooms have a very stale smell.Daily shortage of towels.

On the first look it seems to be a big, luxury hotel . But to be honest.. That's all about it. The brunch here is great, but the waiters are kinda unmotivated. The rooms are amazing & free WiFi .
Lovely property and great beach but closet space is limited and not well designed. A trek to Seminyak and Kuta due to traffic!
The spa interior looks great and their Balinese massage is one of the best. Enjoy the brunch at CCC for culinary enjoyments!

Good welcome drink . Its iced tamarine. So fresh. But too bad, there's no personal welcome card and no good coffee complimentary in the room. They have illy coffee capsule, but not for free.
Breakfast buffet , drinks at the pool side bar , the beach just one minute away.

Le service est très lent, la nourriture est simplement immangeable avec des prix exorbitants. Du bruit en permanence surtout le matin tôt à cause des travaux. La piscine est surchargée.
Hôtel soi-disant 5 étoiles : des odeurs très agréables dans la piscine , dans la chambre et dans la douche dès qu'on ouvre l'eau . Les prix sont 4 fois plus cher que ce qu'on peut trouver 400m plus loin
