St. James Theatre

Love this theater . I've seen some great shows here. I don't recommend ordering a double bourbon from the bar though. I nearly choked when I heard how much I owed.

Don't worry about good seats here. The mezzanine and balcony both have fantastic views for the price.

They produce some wonderful Broadway shows... but the theatre itself is huge with very uncomfortable seating - both seats and pitch and legroom + overpriced snacks/drinks

One of the best theaters on broadway. Big enough for giant musicals but the seats feel close and intimate to the action.

This legendary theater was home to the original broadway production of "Oklahoma!" and the site of the original Sardi's restaurant .

Massive mezzanine that can feel far from the stage. Best to aim for orchestra if you can.

I saw Sideshow yesterday which was pretty good ;) I saw American Idiots about 4 years ago here.. still lovely n beautiful theater !

Saw "Side Show" here. The seats are cozier than other theaters I've been to in the district.

Great show, LAME foursquare special. Don't waste your time waiting in line for a temp tattoo . Also, if you are taking the kids and are sensitive to swearing, sex and drugs, then proceed with caution.

Great theater and even from the balcony you have a great view .

Something Rotten is hilarious. St. James is a very good theatre . Maybe avoid first few rows, but can't really go wrong.

An accessible bathroom can be reached by an elevator to the lower level.

Get there 2 hrs early to get cheap lottery tix! But you'll be in the first 2 rows so watch out for the spit (spit zone). Awesome show!

Excellent show. A must see....even if you are not a Green Day fan. Very accurate portrayal of misguided youth.

Can get close seats cheap if you don't mind partial view . Also, if you are a "lottery loser", you can get cheaper seats. Gonna miss BJA as St Jimmy though!

$17 for two waters and candy . At this price It's justifiable to sneak your own in.

Excellent show. I just wish Billy Armstrong is playing st Jimmy . The guy singing st Jimmy part sucks. But still love the show.
