Tracy works the flat top like a concert pianist , with an occasional duet with Greg. Everything here is delicious, but the off menu blueberry pancakes and corned beef hash are outstanding. Get in early

Bacon , Egg and Cheese is a standout. My wife is fond of the Chickwich - chicken patty , swiss cheese and cole slaw on a roll.
Western with cheddar . Don't forget some bacon for Splash and Diver!
The griddle is sizzling and the counter is full every time I drop by. They must be doing something right!
