I love this hotel very much, and I think it's the best one in Luohu area with best facilities and best service. It is very near Mix City , very convenient for dining, shopping and transportation!
Lovely hotel with lovely view in top floors not to mention best bar in town on the 38 floor named the penthouse . If you go there i recommend the fruit on ice
Hotel is passing prime (Andaz is the latest shiny one), and use surprisingly cheap TV . Food and club lounge are the most redeeming qualities. Have many high-end F&B outlets.
Awesome place to relax and work out. The only problem is that they are not flexible with the subscription. People who work on and off shenzhen may have hard life.
It's a nice hotel . Breakfast , the Italian Restaurant and the 1881 are all great. It is a little odd that no photo is allowed in the restaurant , and no flipper allowed in the bar .
Nice location, grand yet serene. Quality decoration, hardware and furniture . Could improve on bathroom amenities - get rid of the cheap chemical stuff and go for natural/organic/botanic.

Free wifi in rooms and all over hotel . China blocks Gmail though. Gym/Spa is exceptional. Great hotel .

Electrical plugs are below standards . US plugs don't stay in and UK plugs are near impossible to install. Internet is unbearably slow.

Pekin duck is the best in this place. At the end ask for the fried duck and not the soup. Fried rice, fried chicken with peanuts are good too. - Claudia Rosas
