The service in the restaurant is bad(depending on the waitress ), but otherwise everything is great !!! Good rooms, very friendly receptionists/bell boys, a wonderful buffet and view of Shenzhen.
Hi Andy, seems service has improved. Maybe they have read your comment. All I can say is, very polite and nothing to complain about service. We are at the Elba Italian restaurant at 99 floor

Lovely hotel but the noise level in the club is unbearably loud and staff are working without hearing protection.

The bar need a lot of improvement in paying attention to customer. I asked for Jameson on ice.... After 10min. Nothing was sent.....Fine I just walk out because they don't seem to care.
