Clean , well-designed venue with good parking options and tasty food. Loved the bartenders ! Traffic is very well directed to prevent parking lot jams . It took no time to arrive or to leave

They now have an outdoor venue area (The Field ) with lots of room for concessions and people. The field could be better maintained though, very uneven with dead grass everywhere.

We love it! Don't love the steep parking price and watch out for the "visibility blocks" but shows are awesome! Last we saw was Stevie Nicks. It was fabulous!

Beautiful venue. Only the downstairs restrooms were open so go before you come up. We paid $15 for parking , VIP was $30. I think that's steep.

Love this venue. Acoustics are great for a larger venue. Skip out early and beat the traffic or you will be stuck forever.

Parking fees change according to concert (boo!). Last concert attended (A Perfect Circle), they closed the bars and you could ONLY get a can of beer (not even soda ) after 9:30!

If you come to a concert , be sure to bring $15 CASH for mandatory parking fees . They don't tell you that when you buy your tickets.

Undoubtedly the best amplification out of any venue in DFW! The sound quality is amazing.

If you are here for a meet and greet get a drink or two in before you enter the building because they won't serve alcohol until the open for general public

I could understand $15 for parking if you're downtown, but with all the empty space out here you can't even park far away and walk to the venue. What a complete ripoff .

This is a shitty venue for dozens of reasons, from price to parking to view , general convenience, pleasantness, etc. Don't come here unless you have to.

The parking fee is a joke! $15 for general and $30 for up front "VIP" outrageous. We parked for free at lonestar.

Parking is overpriced and seats in the 400 section makes you feel like you are falling forward when you stand. Merch is usually overpriced too. It's an okay venue.

The parking attendants are really rude. Extremely rude. They should hire a new company to do it or train them. They ruin your entire experience because you see them first.
