Great place to see a show! But of course in Texas the summers are supper hot so be prepared to buy lots of expensive water or drink water from the creepy water fountains near the bathrooms .

Dallas Observer

Featuring abundant free parking and a central locale, Gexa Energy Pavilion has become the default outdoor venue for most major concerts coming through the area.

Phillip Nguyen

If you are facing the stag, hit up the left side for their food court . It has more selection of food and beverages

David Pitts

Lawn is navigable with a small group, but you'll still want to get there pretty early. Also bring cash for the beer hawkers, don't want to miss any tunes .

Arturo Robles

All the seats have a pretty good view of the stage

katy ramsey

Buy lawn seats ! They are cheaper, it's hot under the regular seat section, you can bring a blanket, take off your shoes and dance like a free love child all night. It's the way to go!

Scott Taylor

Outside the pavilion only 24 oz $13 beers . Inside 16 oz $9.50 beers from the "hawkers." The smaller beer a preferred option for some.

House of Blues

Gexa has some amazing concerts coming up but just in case you're tired of the Texas heat House of Blues offers live music and air conditioning !

Siw Shauni Hauger

Ridiculously prices on beer and food, nice bathrooms , they have hawkers selling drinkables in the crowd.

Siw Shauni Hauger

Beverages are ridiculously priced, so is food. Decent bathrooms & lots of them, hawkers sell drinkables in the crowd.

VH1

Many restaurants and lounges can be discovered within five miles and in some of Dallas' most popular dining neighborhoods including the Bishop Arts District and Knox-Henderson. – Team Live Nation

Ray Lopes

The audience layout is wierd, but the sound is pretty good. Beer is expensive . It literally took me 2 hours to leave the parking lot after the Blink 182 show in July.

Ciera Otte

I was at the 5SOS concert and I was on the lawn but i could still see! It was amazing

Diane Csehil

Hubby and I saw my Goo s June 28th the weather was really bad we drove 5 hours from San Antonio where we live our seats were pretty far back luckily we got to move up closer.☺????

Scott E

Download the Untappd app, connect it to Foursquare and check in your beers !

ali moreno

Only legit tickets from Gexa are at Livenation.com and Ticketmaster.com. Don't buy from people in parking lot .

Pamela Sutherland

It's 101°. Why aren't the fans blowing full blast above the covered seating?? It's stagnant heat. Terrible. Come on Gexa. You can do better. We're having heat stroke!.

Rachel Dean

Nice venue. You can enjoy the show no matter if your in the pit or on the lawn. Drinks are overpriced and it takes forever to get to the bathroom though

Kristen Johnson

Came to see Lana Del Rey and Courtney Love. Great venue but because of "thunderstorms" which never came, the show was canceled before Lana even came on. How disappointing.

Keith Anderson

You can bring water in with you if the bottles are still factory-sealed at the door.

Christine Dunham

Lawn seating is the only way to go on a hot summer day!

Skip Sugg

Renting chairs for lawn tickets is great.

I love this venue for bigger concerts ! It's a lot of fun if the weather is nice!

Plenty of room under the pavilion

Decent venue for festivals , but it's big and hot during the summer.

Hit the lawn and rent chairs.

Lindsay Moses

The so called "security" aka mall cops can go FUCK themselves. Even though lawn chairs are permitted they wanted to raise a fucking stink telling me they aren't allowed and drinks are a ripoff.
