This is a dream come true for those who love manga and comics.The most comprehensive Asian book/manga store in the East Coast. There're so many nice stationery items, I considered giving up computers!

Stationery! Japanese souvenirs! Oh, and books , yeah! I also like the selection for craft souls - if you like to knit, sew, crochet you'd find something interesting.

Japanese mega bookstore with 3 floors. Large selection of manga on the top floor. Very relaxing vibe and there's a cafe with decent food and drinks.

A Japanese bookstore near Bryant Park with various magazines, manga , books (English and Japanese), stationery, and other knick knacks. Cafe Zaiya is upstairs with great snacks and refreshments.

They have a very nice café and many Japanese manga (Japanese language !) for reasonable prices. Must-go if you don't like to import all the time yourself.

Some of the cutest stationary ever! Sells some anime merchandise on the floor above ground floor. A lot of good raw and untranslated Japanese books on both that floor and basement section.

It's a very spacious bookstore with the basement . Having an excellent collections of new as well as old & rare books . Really liked the store's interior & perfect organization of the books , stationery.

Wonderful selection of books , especially fiction and art . The stationary shop downstairs has a great selection. Or pop upstairs to Cafe Zaiya to grab some food, then go lounge in Bryant Park .

Amazing! The English lang. book selection is thoughtful and well chosen (and not just Asia-related). Japanese books top notch, manga galore, lovely gifts and stationery. All this and a cafe too!

I love this place! Bottom floor houses Japanese books , magazines, etc and stationary/goodies. Main floor houses books . Top floor for anime , music , toys , and a cafe !

I don't ever go into bookstores since and find them outdated, but came here cuz a friend wanted to go. Must say, beautiful, interesting books that seem carefully curated. Really love!

We had a fashion event at this place. The people are wonder and nice. The food is very affordable and they have great movies and even cool clothing !

Best place to go for Japanese books and even weekly magazines. They also have a great section with origami and other stationery goods, and a coffee shop in the 2nd floor!

They have a strong manga comics section. Don't forget to look out for the comic drawings on the walls when you're going up to the 2nd level.

Great selection of books , magazines, movies and music - but the real proof in the pudding is downstairs where all the stationary , toys and gifts are!

An excellent selection of manga and anime . For used titles I'd suggest Book Off which is a few blocks away. Anything newish though and chances are they'll have it here. Plus Japanese manga weeklies.

If you're looking for all thing from japan this is the place to go. I think you can even book trips to japan in the lower level of the store.

Safe haven for fashion, art and design junkies. You'll find rare Japanese magazines and books , we only wish they could produce in the US. Not to mention the cutest imported stationery + gifts .
