2nd tip from me: if you need to return/exchange, make sure every damn tag and sticker is still intact. My folks wasted 300 dollars on a birthday present for my sis, which she's unable to wear.
Can't bring bags into the fitting rooms--bring a friend to hold it or stuff it in one of their lockers!
Worst customer service out of all the Aritzia's. I asked one of the girls if they had a specific size and she said no but she didn't even bother to look behind her where I ended up finding it.
Awful customer service - the worst I've seen. A friend found a huge defect with a jacket she bought. Make sure you ask for the ones kept in the back of the store - and still check 'em!
