Great job. I didnt have a lot of good experience in the past with Marlo but they have really changed recently, and been much better with staff , prices and services. I highly recommend them these days.

Worked with Asha here. She was incredibly informative and got us the best deal on the furniture we wanted. She showed us all of the options available and told us about their excellent warranty program

We met with Samar Oweis. She was fantastic. Worked hard to get our business. Super friendly and was very efficient. We bought a sofa , love seat, 2 side tables and a mirror. Thanks so much Samar.

We ended up buying a leather sofa and love seat set (on sale - the price was amazing!) and were pleasantly surprised that delivery would take less than a week.

We Went to marlo because we needed a sectional for our family room . We were greeted nicely by an Asian salesman named Edwin. We definitely will come back to this store.

I have had a great experience there.. Just moved here from San Diego and didn't want to bring furniture across country . The customer service has been Awesome!!!

The rug store is separately operated from the furniture store . They will not allow exchanges of rugs for furniture . All sales are final as well . I learned that the hard way.

Worst customer service ever. Don't buy a bed from them unless you want something dangerous like this once. I spent two hours on the phone before I even someone in the actual store to answer the phone

I do not like the customer service.
