Ramen Danbo

In my opinion, this is the best ramen place in Seattle now. The most authentic Fukuoka style Tonkotsu ramen made by actual ramen chefs from Japan.

Nice customizable ramens . Usually waits about 10-15 minutes even it’s not prime time, but worth to wait. When you’re in a hurry, you’d better choose another option.

Solid bowl of ramen . Go with the classic and then tweek to your liking. Skip the soft boiled egg - it’s cold and poorly peeled

We waited for 45 minutes but it's so worth it. All ramens are amazing! But if I have to rank, it would be:1. Tonkatsu Ramen (picture)2. Shio Ramen3. Miso Rekka (Spicy )

Best ramen in Seattle , broth is tasty and creamy, add an egg on top this is delicious, FYI à are super good as well .

The Negi-goma ramen (sesame base) is delicious and the add ons of egg and nori are a must. It’s a good size portion too.

The spicy vegan sesame ramen with a soft boiled egg is so good. You get to chose different noodles and add one. I’ll be back! Also, sake bombs !

Thick noodles . More lard. Strongest broth. Go crazy.

Classic Rekka (Chashu-men) Ramen was great! Great broth, noodles , pork and egg

So good! Highly recommend the egg and love the richer broth options.

Really nice ramen ! I like the spicy one and it’s also really spicy .

They have strong garlic paste on the table; consider mixing with miso broth.
