In my opinion, this is the best ramen place in Seattle now. The most authentic Fukuoka style Tonkotsu ramen made by actual ramen chefs from Japan.
Nice customizable ramens . Usually waits about 10-15 minutes even it’s not prime time, but worth to wait. When you’re in a hurry, you’d better choose another option.
Solid bowl of ramen . Go with the classic and then tweek to your liking. Skip the soft boiled egg - it’s cold and poorly peeled
We waited for 45 minutes but it's so worth it. All ramens are amazing! But if I have to rank, it would be:1. Tonkatsu Ramen (picture)2. Shio Ramen3. Miso Rekka (Spicy )
Great reliable ramen with order details you can specify tune to your preferences.
Best ramen in Seattle , broth is tasty and creamy, add an egg on top this is delicious, FYI à are super good as well .
The Negi-goma ramen (sesame base) is delicious and the add ons of egg and nori are a must. It’s a good size portion too.
The spicy vegan sesame ramen with a soft boiled egg is so good. You get to chose different noodles and add one. I’ll be back! Also, sake bombs !
Thick noodles . More lard. Strongest broth. Go crazy.
Classic Rekka (Chashu-men) Ramen was great! Great broth, noodles , pork and egg
So good! Highly recommend the egg and love the richer broth options.
Really nice ramen ! I like the spicy one and it’s also really spicy .
They have strong garlic paste on the table; consider mixing with miso broth.

We got the miso chasumen (I think) either way it was good
The ramen here has real depth: only a few choices, all excellent.
Best Ramen in Seattle .
All the ramen can be made vegan :)
Get the thick noodles , skip the spice.
Best vegan ramen
Water is filtered
The gyoza omg yes. Get in my belly! You also can’t go wrong with any of the ramen .
Love this place
Вегетарианский мисо Рамен с яйцом просто супер. Приятное чистое место. Цены приятные , одного Рамена более чем достаточно, даже если вы очень голодны. Воду дают комплиментом.
Go for tsukemen (dipping noodle) instead of ramens. Better broth. ???????? - Ahmet ????
Get Ooink’s specially Kotteri Ramen. If you like spicy, get Spicy Kotteri Ramen. Yum! - KC Star
New flavors every month- all highly unique. They encourage you to try as much as you want. Probably the most satisfying ice cream experience I’ve ever had. - Josh Anderson
Great taste. My favorites are earl gray, stumptown coffee and honey lavender. - Silvia Adriana
Amazing ginger beer, so many flavors. Caramelized pineapple is so good. - Ryan K
