The wait is always really long because the place is always packed. If you're a mall employee like I am, make sure you go when you have an hour break instead of just a half hour.
Not the best location. Zombie staff takes an order, asks for your name, then delivers drinks without passion or interest. Get it right 5/10 times. Convenient if you are shopping at the Mall .
Always fast and friendly despite being swamped all day by mall zombies .
Only place to get an ice coffee on my card without a minium charge..

for a busy mall Starbucks, the line always moves fast.
This is the worst Starbucks location I've been to. Very slow moving and employees don't seem to care about wasting customers time.

Better than most department stores. Mostly pleasant staff, upscale brands and clientele, a nice cafe with great sushi, and of course, Louis Vuitton has a gorgeous little boutique in there. - Fatty Franks
