Nice store, bad employees. The worst customer service I have ever seen. You’d expect that the quality of service would be better in a store that sells $500 shoe . It’s not.
The stuff they sell is really great. Would rather go to Bloomingdales though. They treat you like a person their. At Saks they treat you like crap.
Work up an appetite while shopping then stop by Cirella's the food is great especially the sushi !!!!

The men's department is very small, but they sell certain designer labels that are exclusively for Saks!

Better than most department stores . Mostly pleasant staff , upscale brands and clientele, a nice cafe with great sushi , and of course, Louis Vuitton has a gorgeous little boutique in there.
