Had a great birthday experience here. No issues with valet , received excellent help from multiple front desk staff at various hours. Lovely room. Nice design and well kept. Will be staying here again!

This hotel is beautiful. I love the location and the views outside my window are awesome! The fact that it used to be a department store back in the golden years makes it that much cooler!

We loved our stay we came down for my boyfriend's birthday and the staff put chocolate covered strawberries and beer in the room for him amazing social hour hot tub breakfast sheer perfection!

The valet parking staff are the best, and if you like Blue Moon beer , it's served at the Hilton Honors happy hour on the 4th floor from 5-7 pm

You are literally within walking distance of the pulse of all things downtown!!! No car or cab required, but there will be a horse and carriage out front just in case you're frisky!!! ????

Amazing renovation right next to the Convention Center in the heart of Downtown St. Louis. Check out the pool on the 5th floor. No chlorine smell & I've been told it will eventually be chlorine free.

Ronaldo - the doorman - always has a smile on his face and even though he's like the oldest guy there, he runs out to grab your bags. Love Ronaldo!

Nice place. Reminds me of the newly remodeled DoubleTrees. New movie theater and restaurants right across the street.

One of noisiest hotels I have ever stayed. Asked for quiet Room. They put me right by elevators and bar where meals are served.

Huge rooms, great location right downtown.

The genius manager who decided to remove the 24 hour coffee/tea/hot water from lobby should be given his walking papers.

Don't be late for breakfast ! They start putting food away early and by 9:01, you are out of luck!

Maurizio's is AWFUL and has NO customer service. The delivery guy cusses at you, threatens, and tries to fight you when he delivers your CORRECTED order. Don't expect them to get your order right.

So hard to find a place to park ...

The hot tub is dirty .
