Amazing staff !! After my luggage was lost, the front desk manager gave me an arsenal of toiletries from the gift shop and somehow located a new clean tee shirt for me to sleep in. Great service!

Great location and one of he friendliest hospitality staffs I’ve had he pleasure of interacting with. The folks in he Lenox Dining room remember your name, and your usual breakfast order.

This is a nice typical Marriott near Buckhead. Parking is $20 and you can choose to self park or use valet . I choose this every time for business travel. Staff is always very nice and competent.

The concierge is great, and the valet parking is definitely worth it. Takes less than 10 minutes for them to bring my car around when it's busy.

#1. I will never stay here again. It's after midnight and we have to leave here at 4:00 AM to make a trip home, and you can hear every step the people above us make...

Keep a room key after check-out: you'll need it to get out of the self-parking garage . Great service at the front desk.

The staff is super courteous, so bring cash and prepare to tip. I can also hear the people above me and their every move.

Executive level is well worth it. Also, restaurant in Lobby is a nice gathering place if you have several people staying for a conference , etc.

The terrific conference areas are one of the reasons we chose this venue for our Gathering. Super-helpful staff , too!

Great location great service and quality. Rates are far more reasonable than places within walking distance.

My fav place to stay in Atlanta. Have had training conferences here and the staff is remarkable - I don't want to go anywhere else...

The rooms are nice and the amenities are also top class , the staff however is a completely different story. Incompetent and unhelpful for the duration of the stay. Would not recommend.

Confusing layout takes a bit of getting used to and feels unusual since rooms and meeting rooms same floor

Parking was only $10 a night for self park and $30 for valet not sure where other folks are getting their parking prices from.

Nice hotel , nice staff . Typical Marriott . There are nicer hotels for similar prices close by. (i.e. Hyatt Place, W. Hotel , etc.)

Very nice and convenient Shula's 347 Grill in the lobby.

#2. Plus, there r people RUNNING down the hallway yelling & slamming their doors after we called front desk twice. So disappointed. Rooms aren't worth dealing w this. Plenty of better choices in ATL.

bring a suitcase full of money you will need it cost to park internet cost breakfast 17 dollars can coke and bannana 3 dollars

Parking fees are outrageous--even self park is $18/night. A killer since we have two cars. Comparable to the W where valet was more like 14, absurd.

No insulation. Can hear every door slam in hallway.

Concierge level is well worth it.

7th floor rooms are noisy ! So disturbing.

The staff is awesome but the rooms are LOUD . No sound-proofing.
