Everything is awesome! This hotel with make you smile with their awesome customer service! I could not ask for anything more! I will forever and always stay at a Hyatt Regency when I'm out of town !
Got to experience this hotel from a conference and it was magical. I highly recommend it
70's futuristic design reminds one of "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes" Kept looking for Caesar and a platoon of apes to charge down the hall.
I saw a tip that doesn't match my accommodations. Cheryl at front desk(28 yrs w/company) welcomes you and is very informative. My suite is very nice with mini kitchen, sectional sofa & bath is sweet!
The burger with regular fries (not sweet potato ) at the downstairs restaurant bar is delicious. If you're into good drinks, ask for Yamani to make your drinks. He's a great bartender !
This is a great hotel ; however it was way to many kids here during my stay so just check to see if there are any events going on before you book your stay
The new bar has an incredible selection of craft beers (A. List tip? Try the witheringly strong Gulden Draak Triple) & an even more incredible selection of beer-infused small plates . Read more
In the 1981 film 'Sharky's Machine' starring Burt Reynolds, Stuntman Dar Robinson dropped 220 feet at this hotel setting a record for the highest unrestrained freefall jump from a building in a movie . Read more
Take the MARTA train to and from the airport . Just walk through the adjacent Peachtree Center mall . You don't even need to walk outside.
Great place to catch up and hang with friends. Service was good too.
Absolutely amazing staff !!! Check-in was flawless in the chaos of nye. The bed was heavenly!!! Must get access to club level. Totally worth it!!
Excellent food at The Market on the ground floor. Gem Apple salad came with a delicious dressing .
I wanted to like the hotel more, grand foyer with an interesting design. Well thought renovations throughout, but upon checking in I found my room to be dirty .
Good location! Friendly staff . The center bar has a good vibe and the staff is very friendly !
WiFi can be complimentary if you ask for it. If you do online shopping and deliver the stuffs to the hotel , be prepared to pay between $5 -$10 per package for it to be delivered to you; ridiculous.
22nd floor may take a while to get to, but the club room is worth the trip for fresh fruit and a quiet place to grab a drink.
If you stay in the atrium tower prepare for noisy nights from the guests at the bar downstairs. A room in atrium tower facing peach tree street is loud from traffic noise.
Public parking in open lot, unattended, just before 31 Baker St. garage @ $18 is $10 for 24 hours . Pay at machine and get ticket to display in car.
Wifi is actually free. They make you bill it to your room but take it off at check out time. Weird process but it's still free
Very nice rooms and great restaurant and bar , all with typically friendly American service.
MASSIVE hotel . Open concept similar to an Embassy Suites. Caters to conferences , but the rooms are modern and very enjoyable.
I've been told that this was the first Hyatt hotel . Rooms are nice and the staff is help full. Walking distance to HR Cafe and Hooters!
Have a bite to eat at the in-house restaurant Sway! The blackened catfish sandwich is awesome.
Good hotel bar . Decent beer selection and food, prices are reasonable
I swear I love staying here. Customer service is superb. Beds are amazing
Very cool architecture w. open tower - atrium feel. Intl Tower for views of the city .
They have one of the better downtown burgers . Unexpected for a hotel lobby bar .
Breakfast at Sway is good. Rooms are clean and good equiped
Surprisingly unhelpful front desk :| not just once. Didn't tell us our room was in the other tower when checking in. Then next day was very uninterested in telling us when our checkout time is.
Eat at Sway for lunch ! The chicken 'n dumplings and peach cobbler are both great, but bring a sweater - the lobby can get chilly!
Fantastic location for a conference - highly recommend
Beautiful rooms and the staff is excellent and courteous!
Amazing luxury hotel .
10 beer 's on tap , 22 in the bottle. Hyatt has spent $25 million in renovating it's food and beverage outlets in 2011. Stay tuned to see the entire $65 million hotel renovation completed in 2012.
Beautiful spacious rooms . Great breakfast
Rooms are exquisite and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
Sway is a great restaurant . They always have a great buffet , and the service is amazing!
Super friendly staff . No free wi-fi (big big fail in 2014, especially for biz travelers). Room service menu very outdated.
For some cheap thrills, lean toward the glass when riding the elevators .
Beautiful lobby. Friendly check in. Valet parking reduced from $37 to $32, but self parking at 31 Baker St. $18.
The maid threw away important papers. Understand that is something that can happen by mistake but what gets me is that the room is filthy (behind sink, corners, etc) and I found someone else's hair.
Ask for a high floor for unbelievable views !
Great buffet breakfast or made to order omelet
Parking is $32 dollars a day and is valet only. Which means keep cash on you for tips if you go in and out frequently.
Ask for a corner room in the International tower. Other side has slow elevators , worn carpets & 70's style furniture .
The coffee house is better that to be expected
Great Gym ! Has towels headsets, water, fruit , etc.
Out the door and to the right after a mile is the start of midtown much better restaurant choices - try Ecco
Request a corner room in the International tower. This tower is the most recently renovated and the corner rooms are largest.
We're in the newly refurbished International Tower. For the price, I expected walls thicker than a newspaper, and free wi-fi.
Get the chicken! Huge portion. It's like a whole chicken. Also pie bar. Mmm pie bar - John Faulkner
Love this place! It's like an awesome time warp. Super stylish, good drinks, and great service! Would definitely return for dinner! Am so happy it is open again. A must see spot! - Suprachibby
Check out the great design on the carpet! You won't be disappointed! The ceiling is pretty cool too! - Amanda Waka
Massive building and cool views. Lots of choices of restaurants etc in the Lobby - Mat Collis
Meehan's Public House is conveniently attached to the Westin. Go for great beer and delicious food. - Michele P
Excellent service, first rate Marriott property. Even during busy conventions the staff is always great and always helpful. Sear restaurant is tasty, maybe a bit overpriced for drinks. - Joe Andrasko
Had the most fun at a restaurant I've ever had, great milkshakes. Staff is very friendly. The food is pretty good. Definitely a fantastic experience! - Kira Kelley
Everything we've had is amazing, but get the Caesar salad with your meal. Delish!! - Whitney Baker
