This is an ok hotel . Book on higher floors with a view . Note that wifi is quite intermittent. Amazing veggie burger at lobby level restaurant . Decor could use updating, beds are decent!

Comfortable beds , clean facility , awesome gym ... BUT! Save your stomach and pay the extra money to valet park ! The parking garage and elevators smell horrendous!!!

Very nice and friendly service but the Internet situation is sooooo frustrating. Log in as hhonors member and it only works when it feels like it. Nice work out facility.

Loved the experience and views . There was a ball going on and people were everywhere. Will stay here again in the near future.

TV stations jump about and lose sound regularly. Walls are paper thin (so I had the pleasure of listening to the person next door cough all night). Not a great Hilton experience.

bed and pillows are FANTASTIC. Bartender at Southern Elements is fhorrible.... Definitely visit Trader Vics ! Fantastic scorpion bowl drink and chicken curry with friends at work tonight!!!

I've stayed at better. Needs renovation.

Big hotel with lots of rooms and many amenities . Nice downtown location too. But don't have anything shipped here. They will charge you for receiving your package.

Open design and walls + doors are paper thin. Ask for a room at the end of a hallway or you'll hear everything all night.

We have complained about the smoking in non smoking rooms and the hotel could only offer air fresher. What about people who can't breath people should be nicer to others around them

There's free valet for Kinkos located inside. Valet will not volunteer this information. Happy Parking !!!!

Trader Vic 's is located in the hotel which causes the entire hotel to smell like smoked BBQ . I can barely breathe. No wonder the hotel was so cheap . Well you get what you pay for.

If you're not staying long... ask one of the valet guys and give him $10 or so and he'll keep your car our front for 30 min to an hour..... instead of paying $25.00

The executive level bathroom is so small you can use the can and take a shower at the same time. Yay - efficiency!!!

Was told by HHonors check in desk that the REAL breakfast (not joke executive toast bar ) lasted til 11am. Went today at 1020 & was told they guess they'd leave it open til 1030 for us - oh how kind

Perfect place for a family reunion!

The room's broadband connection is seriously slow. Quite unusable.

Great views of Interstates 75 & 85 from room, plus lots of freeway noise even on the 16th floor. Room needs refurbishing.

The front desk gets busy, even with everyone working.

24 hour coffee shop is great add to the lobby.

log onto the wifi network in the lobby for free, and ride up the elevator while it's still connected and you don't have to pay—good luck getting an elevator though

Asked if the hotel has a car to take us somewhere they said they can hail a cab. The ritz Carlton up the street took us anywhere we wanted in an escalade when we stayed executive level.

Close to highway. Get a high floor, possibly 27th

Took forever to check in - told us executive level got breakfast daily but you really get toast - called concierge to get rental car , they said can't help with that - executive bar has no comp. drinks

Make sure to use your HHonors #. The front desk staff is really nice here. Can't wait to try my truffle !

$12 taxi fare for any 3-4 block radius...walk, get some exercise, take in sights!

The pre-made sandwiches in the lobby deli/takeout place are not bad. And it's open until 2AM.

Great service nice rooms

Internet spotty at best. Plates for food in the executive lounge WAY too small. Nice being able to walk to my client via Skybridges.

Parking garage has a low ceiling.

Our room's bathroom flooded and they accommodated us well !!!!! Nice employees, very nice!!!

Checking in at 9pm was a breeze. I was in the room in 10 minutes
