Have dinner at Pramil restaurant located less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel . Great food and service. Voted #16 on TA.
Not particularly great or bad. Location is convenient to many neighborhoods and there’s no outside noise. Rooms could use a bit of a facelift but overall, it’s good for the price.

I got room #401 which was very nice with two balconies and spacious. Bathroom was ok, yeah, there's water on the floor after taking a shower but that's not a problem. Recommended. - Sebastian Julius Laduga
I believe this is a new Ibis hotel (previously the Grand Hotel de l'Avenue). Recently refurbished, it is a good no-frills Ibis. Rooms are small, the front desk is polite and we got a nice street view. - Whimsical Voyages
