This club has by far, the best environment of all FF outlets. Small, cozy , intimate , and equipped with the cleanest toilets . Staff are very helpful and professional. My personal favorite .

Best environment compared to the curve or empire. Feel like "home". Got free milk ,hair gel,bud picks n can dock ur i pod to the treadmill !!

love the environment here, free use for lotion, hair scrupling oil, cotton stick etc.....^^

3pm is the most quite time of the day great time for weight training as this section is almost empty

Cycling classes here is out in the open, together with rows of machines. Not really ideal for me to have cycling classes here.

Attitude of club manager can be improved. Please learn working outside the system and make things rounded, you are in service industry, not manufacturing line , Mr Michael!

Awesome high-tech gym . Bring along your ipod, iphone. There's a docking station for that. Avoid Monday morning, super packed.

Spacious shower . A little upscale interior. The only not so upscale is the soap dispensers.

Personal favorite : Kevin Gan's body attack, Chris Choo's body attack and hardcore, Jason Ng's hardcore and TRX.

The crowd here is different. It's more with expatriates rather than locals.

Hands down the best Fitness First branch. So hotel-like.

great set up and very comfy changing area. Only draw back is it might be a little too small when it's crowded

Nice workout starts at 9PM weekdays when equipment hoggers are gone.

Rude staff . Rocked up at 7:15pm on a public holiday and the guy at the counter just goes "We close at 8" without a greeting or eye contact. Didn't even realize he was talking to me. Ridiculous.

Rude staff and cocky club manager! Chase new member away where he can access other clubs. Things can be reasoning and they choose to handle it in very strict way.

Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.
