FABULOUS new hotel in gramercy area. design by roman & williams. checking out restaurants this week.

Excellent work space on Mezzanine level

Told there is a 2 hour wait because of overcapacity but half the restaurant was empty. Tried to get a beer today and was told by staff not a good idea to come between 3pm-6pm so will take that advice.

Lovely hotel , but service is not very warm, just perfunctory

Rooms are tinnie tiny. Ask for a room facing Lexington. Good location.

Rooms are minimal but comfortable . Fresh fruit delivered to the room every day.

Great gym ; pack your gym clothes if you’re checking in.

Make sure you request to stay higher than the 3rd floor

Location is good but the rooms are tiny. Hallways are dark and humid. And the noise. geez, it is noisy af. If you want some peace go somewhere else. We had to exchange rooms because it was loud .

Terrible service at the bar , hotel rooms super small, not what i was expecting
