Very cool new hotel . Especially love the garden at the entrance. Unfortunately no service there but s great zen space.

This sceny LES hotel known for its instagrammable elevators with two lovely restaurants on the first and second floors operated by Jean-Georges.

Good views at the rooftop bar but no shade - on a hot day it's a bit like drinking on a very chic sidewalk, just a bit closer to the sun.

Check in was an absolute disaster. Yes, it's trendy to have models & iPads & no reception but when it takes 90 minutes to check in one person, y'all got issues & a comped drink ain't cutting it.

Pro tip: late at night, you can get free milk and warm cookies from Louis. Just ask and show your room key. 🤫

Best spot for unobstructed views of the city . Go to the roof on weekdays for a more relaxed vibe . The best views are facing north.

Clean modern rooms with smart plugs, controls and tv . Service can be spotty but the food downstairs at Louis is much better than typical room service and worth the stay.

Rooftop bar : Great view (of industrial LES) + $$$ drinks + tourists mixed with New Yorkers. Sitting space is aplenty, but if you happen to stop by on a sunny day, prepare to fry.

The yuppies here have some weird fetish for hanging out blocking the sidewalk. I don't understand.

The showers have a rain shower head and great water pressure.

Nicest club/bar bouncer in town ! Plz stay the same! The drinks are good but depending on who you have as bartender ... outdoor rooftop space is rather dull, shame, as the setup is nice.

Visit the lobby to use one of their many USB outlets to charge your phone. Grab a cocktail and play some pool while you wait.

Rooftop bar is good but no shade, better for night life. Rooms are modern. However, no food downstairs . Overall its a worth the stay .

Serve yourself hotel , no luggage service from the cab up, staff not helpful at all. No international adapters if you need it you have to buy it for 20$! No bathroom essentials or slippers.

This is the worse place that I've been in my whole life. The worse stuff, the worse service, the worse security. I'll have nightmares for a long time thinking on this place.
