Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park

The vegetated sloped banks of the stream is part of a 'floodplain' up to the red markers. It is designed to "flood" when water is discharged from Lower Peirce Reservoir .

Massive park with a 2.7km Kallang River (!) running through it. Lots of pond gdns, playgnds, fitness corners & even a dog run . Head to the Recycle Hill (near Bishan Rd) for a vantage view of park

Romantic stroll at night to & fro the hidden cafe - Grub @ 510 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, Bishan Park 1, carpark from Sin Ming Ave. Day time scenery here would be pretty pleasant too facing plants and bridges .

Volunteer to keep park clean . Every Wed & Sat, 9am-11am. Meet @ multipurpose shelter @ River Plains. Must be 15yo or older

Lovely Long narrow park good for walking, with a special playground for disabled kids and an interesting water feature playground for cooling off. Also looks like some good brunch places

Lovely early morning views . Out from the hassle of the city silent and peaceful . Worth a visit!

Several skating companies teaching inline skating at an affordable price (usually $90 for 4 lessons). Cornerstone restaurant serves a nice egg benedict and buffalo wings .

A great place for you to jog and enjoy the greeneries . You can also sip your favourite latte from McCafe here!

Not here to workout? Take a breather at the cosy Canopy restaurant right in the middle of the park . They serve sumptuous all-day brunch at reasonable prices :)

There is a wood bridge to connect between Bishan and AMK area. Besides, there are Dog Run and many stone tables which we can sit and talk in the evening :X

Nice place for a run. Just hope that fellow park users can be more considerate and not hog and obstruct the paths

Decent park . Very wide open and a lot of seating areas. Must go for families !

Tranquil surroundings- best enjoyed in the morning

Really peaceful place , with lots of doggies on weekends. Sadly all food establishments are shutting due to lease issues.

First time explore here, here it's nice~ I like it!! I have never gone to park like this Beautiful and after all it's Soooooo BIG~

There are lots of kids with theur nets and pails trying to catch fishes in the stream! It is a must have experience (for everyone)!

Such a big park . So quiet and feel relaxing here.

Visit the dog run here with your pet dogs for some exercise .
