Tsukemen ramen was good. Dipping soup was thick & had a good deep pork bone flavour. I like how you can get a S/M/L portion of noodles all @ the same price. XL is $10 more. Good chicken karage .
Popular Japanese chain that comes to HK, have a choice of normal or chilli hot fish sauce , and hot or cold noodles . Fairly tasty but expect long.queue.
Great set lunch option - HKD 120 for some tasty tsukemen, a side of pork cutlet and a drink.
The sauce was really flavorful and the noodles were very q. Do add in the clear soup to any leftover sauce after for a very nice soup ! ????
Great Tsukemen ! The portion is big and I just love their dumplings !
Get the gyozas dumplings and the tsukemen. The noodles are perfectly thick and hard, so good!
A late night option , comfort food . No complaints!
Amazing thick broth and intense flavors. Get the big if you're really hungry!
Must get the tsukemen- thick springy noodles and u dip them in the sauce
Thick pork bone stock. Ramen served both cold & hot. Would be better if soup is served hot.
A very good deal ! Order the spicy one, don't order dumplings .
Tsuke-men is a must try.
Super nice noodles with soup
Thick springy noodles , just make sure you get them cold
If you're not a fan of thick fish and pork bone broth , I'd just cross the street instead. Portions are big but not a fan
