While the ramen is nice, the real gem is the fried chicken , really juicy, don't miss it.
Noodle has good texture. Tonkotsu soup base is tasty but not overpowering. HK$98 one has pork shoulder meat, nice.
If u like thick and heavy Tonkotsu soup ! This is the place to be,, unfortunately I like lighter soup
Yummy and rich stock... Go on an empty tummy as it is quite filling
This whole street is full of ramen stores. Their ramen broth is extremely savoury but thicker than usual.
The broth is amaaaaaazing!!! And the pork melts in your mouth. Boom.
The broth was amazing if you like thick pork broth .. The staff was really friendly too
Not a bad place for Ramen , the soup could be a bit more flavorful. Also a good spot if the other 2 spots are packed.
Chicken soup ramen
It was not meeting my expectation: Tonkotsu and chicken broth soup was bland, and the chasiu were even cold. No wonder it has the shortest queue on this ramen street.
Super authentic Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen. I think one of the best in HK. 香港で日本の豚 骨ラーメン に最も近いラーメン屋 。
Like the chef recommandation on how to 'make your own' flavour for stronger or spicy broth base. The original white pork broth is tasty by itself too. So do try it before you add anything!! - G Lee
Must get the tsukemen- thick springy noodles and u dip them in the sauce - Angela Liu
I think BB Ramen is one of the best Ramen in Hong Kong. If you come across, I recommend to be there for your dinner. Worth to try. - Dick Lai
THE mall of Causeway Bay area, all kind of exhibitions regularly arranged at the plaza or ground floor areas. Adequate variety of brandnames and shops, enough head space also make it a decent visit. - William Kan
