I got a pretty good deal when I booked this room online...but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in my room and and found this view ????

I had a great stay there this weekend for a convention and the staff were very helpful and friendly .

Sunday brunch at Rio Ranch is awesome! Great variety and if you ask when you check in they'll comp you breakfast .

But the bars are good, the location is great, and I've never had a problem here!

Second time here first time was ok due to remodel. Hilton Gold memeber so service was great, stayed away from rio ranch better choices in the area

Got damn! $4.33 for a bud light ! Since when did bud light become non-domestic. Bar tender is not getting no tip at all. Give me my $0.77 back right now!!!! Shooo!

Don't eat at Rio Ranch , ever. A couple of people seem to know good customer service, but remainder of staff borders incompetence. Good news is there's a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Rio grande restaraunt made me sick. I was shartin ery wer the next day. Stay away from the burger !!!!

Cuisinart coffee makers suck here! Had to keep pressing the button to brew a full cup of coffee . I think it is a over-heating issue.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The front office manager is rude unprofessional, the night desk worker is no better. Horrible.horrible, horrible service!

Don't eat at the restaurant Rio Ranch ! Got painfully sick after eating there, an i.v. and an overnight stay at a local hospital made me all better....

Dry cleaning service is horrible. I received someone else's cloths , the lady who delivered could not speak English and had to call the front desk for translation
