The staff is kind and helpful. Great ambiance, especially natural neighborhood . Only disappointed thing is self parking area. It has narrow roads . I don't like it.

Fantastic gym , locker room , pool, meeting facilities. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and made me feel at home. Will definitely stay here when business brings me to Houston.

Had a fab staycation! Hotel & grounds: awesome. Stayed on concierge level: amazing service, yum food in lounge & open bar @ limited times. Valet park or long walk to garage . Already planning a return.

The staff is stellar, and the amenities are fantastic.

Wonderful Christmas atmosphere, staff are super friendly and helpful

Really great hotel with a huge gym and delicious restaurants . Also had awesome Christmas decor !

Come at Christmas time to see the decorations with the trains , gingerbread houses, & the fire. Perfect for a formal night or stop in after shopping. So cozy !!

Not a fan of buffalo burgers . I don't prefer lean meat usually. But omg! Amazing. This carnivore approves. The salad looks awesome as well .

They are right now building an outdoor pool bar and cafe . Opening late Summer 2013.

We love the gigantic wood-burning fireplace in the lobby—it makes us feel like we're in an exclusive hunting lodge .

I would suggest valet parking for the garage is extremely tight to drive in and park .

Egg white omlettes are in Center Court are the best!

If you need a place to stay in Houston...a get away that's close to everything, this is it. Also, George Bush stays here when he comes to town .
