Four Seasons Hotel Houston

I would stay here again. Location was excellent for the festivities . We will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

I can understand the parking , since space here is at a premium. There is a public parking garage next door if you need it. I do not understand the lack of shuttle service.

Great service and beautiful rooms! There are lots of events here though so elevators tend to get crowded .

Service staff are all exceptional, incl. Towncar, Sherice (lobby bar days), valet , housekeeping and laundry!

Nice down town hotel . Staff attentive and focused.

The pool & pool staff = 5 stars. Greeter, set up our chairs, umbrella positioned correctly, suntan lotion provided, water glasses refilled often. Fresh fruit skewers , smoothie samples. Heated pool .

Here for a business reception. Food was beautifully presented, delicious, and plentiful. Desserts were works of art .

Outside looks dated but misleading...beautiful inside and rooms are light and airy. Service is wonderful as expected.

A bit dated for a Four Seasons but they are engaging on a major renovation . Great location downtown / good restaurants .

The food, as with every Four Seasons, is absolutely spectacular. I only wished they had more fish options on their Sardinia specials.

If you want to stay in the hotel make sure your room has been renovated recently as some rooms show their age......

I should have packed a bathing suit - Really nice pool deck and plenty warm in October. Also I ordered a burger last night and asked if it was fresh or frozen, they said it was fresh. I doubt it.

The Bar at the Quattro's is worth visit. Try the 100 yard dash cocktail .

Very luxurious hotel , the renovations look great.

If you go for drinks, be sure to get the bar to validate your valet ticket and the cost is reduced to $4.

Just brought on a new chef from Italy and food in Quattro (3rd floor) is amazing. Ask for Chef Maurizio - he takes custom orders for dinner !

I didn't stay here, but the place seems fancy , clean and with nice staff .

Call down early on Thursdays to have the valet get your car; they are swamped Thurs AM with departing business travelers.

If you are in search of yummy Vietnamese food , try Huynh. It's not far and the four season's driver will take you there and pick you up!

Buy one of the mattresses and pillows . This is one of the best beds in the hotel industry.

Stay Sun. and eat Brunch at 10:30... Best I've ever had and worth the $$$.

Tues/Wed/Thurs nights in the Lobby Lounge has a sushi bar ..."Wasabi in the Lobby." Great sushi ; fun.

Everything's so good here, but the internet service just sox's!!! Not recomended at all

everything was great but a/c is not working on heat although I told them I am cold. they said their policy about not heating rooms ;( bad I won't gonna stay again...
