25 yard lap pool , 3 lanes on the 20th floor--accessible to all Hilton guests in the area. Open 6am to midnight. If you're staying at a different hotel there's a free shuttle service . Lovely views .
After reading so many complaints I can say our phone and wifi coverage has been excellent (7 devices connected). Also, if you're an AT&T Internet subscriber wifi is free. :)
East tower is super close to lobby...not a great view ....that is ok by me, I did not come to look out the window. Beautiful blown glass for hanging light fixtures throughout...look up and enjoy!
The hotel is very well appointed. And, even though you don't swim , I recommend the rooftop patio past the pool. Amazing views that few guests discover. Can see frm the Ship Channel to the Galleria!
Excellent location, especially if you have a conference or meeting at the George R Brown Convention Center which is connected to the hotel .
Very nice business hotel located right near the George R. Brown Convention Center . Would be happy to stay here again.
Go to 1600 Bar + Grille for lunch . Their buffet is affordable and offers a variety of healthy options . Their glazed salmon us to die for.
Located next to George R. Brown Convention Center , Discovery Green Park , and Minute Maid Stadium !The room was emaculantly clean but small for a Hilton room and shower was even smaller.
Big hotel full of ammenities and good restaurants . Excellent choice. Next door to a huge park with cafes and outdoor areas .
Getting bottle of water in this hotel is like a mission imposible, asking concierge , bell desk, reception, and you have to do the same every day, it is apsolutely not acceptable in higher class hotel
If you're staying at the Hilton and need to enter the convention center , there's a skybridge that connects the two!
I read a lot about bad WiFi service in the past, but I have to say they must have upgraded their service because its fast and reliable. Haven't been kicked off at all. #hhonors is awesome!
The spa is fabulous. I didn't stay here but am very glad my hotel recommended their spa . It was worth every penny and more.
Located next to George R. Brown Convention Center , Discovery Green Park , and Minute Maid Stadium !The room was emaculantly clean but small for a Hilton room and shower was even smaller.
Took RJ transportation (town car and suburban) to intercontinental airport , very professional, courteous on time and surprisingly much cheaper than taxi ! 281 455 2335
Long convention-lines here! Otherwise amazing—coffee shop bleeds out into the comfortable hotel lobby, hardly ever crowded (despite the lines ).
this is a beautiful hilton hotel . excellent banquet halls and service. extravagance lives here.
I have that problems with Verizon service. But u do have to pay for wifi if u are not a hilton honors or AT&T wifi subscriber. There is a small fridge in my room and housekeeping is very good
Eight of us had eight rooms for 7 days and they even asked us to pay parking for one car (only one night) maybe we got used to some better treatment in Europe ...where parking is included in price
Very convenient if you have an event at the Convention Center . Nice lounge areas .
Beautiful hotel with very scenic views
Nice pool lanes up high and giant hot tub . Good skyline views .
Hotel s place is really good. Food is bad. Wifi is really slow. Toyota center is 200 steps far from this hotel . You should see a game before living the city
The view , ambience and food was very good!
Sign of great customer service: the staff remembers me by name even after only meeting me once.
Edna gave the best spa massage I've ever had!!!! Very thorough!!!!
Gorgeous hotel ...extremely friendly and helpful staff !
Go to the terrace on the 24th floor
Incredible views with $4 soda . Great catering experience and polite staff .
The executive lounge has some seriously addicting spinach dip .
Gym and Pool is located West Building, 23F.
The gym and the rate
Beautiful view from 18th floor
Great skyline views from rooms facing West & North. Great service! Horrible cell reception throughout entire hotel .
Even being a Hilton Honors member is not enough to get free wifi . Gotta be platinum or gold or some sort of metal that I am not anyway. $15 for 24h wifi is just over expensive .
Awesome indoor pool with great views
The gym , the pool, the price
If you need a fridge in your room call the front desk and ask. They'll send one up for free.
Downtown Houston skyline
Speedy elevators for a large hotel . Never had to wait for an elevator .
Quiet rooms and lots of amenities
Great hotel ! They need a sauna !
My favorite Hilton I've ever stayed at yet..............so far.
Best service personal...take care of them..
Now waving the event parking rate ($20) requires exactly two entrees in the restaurant .
The smallest steak ever in Houston
They make great manhattans
So many awesome people here for a great cause!!!
After a long day traveling or after work reward yourself with a Blue Moon at the Executive Bar at the Hilton Americas.
Cons: You have to pay $19 for parking . Room wifi is not free. No refrigerators in the rooms. Pros: super comfortable beds , great location.
