Nice and classic American business hotel at downtown. The rooms are ok. Especially breakfast is so delicious ????

Very good business hotel . Rooms are clean and comfortable . The staff is generally speaking friendly except in the lobby bar . Hertz rent a car in the hotel and the employee there is very helpful.

Love the quality of the hotel and staff . The pool is a bonus--you can do laps. Einstein bagels is a nice economical bfast option. Major ding on the Internet speed at the $10 option. Shoot me

You can get through most of downtown through underground tunnels (safe and well lit and well used) in the mornings. It's a bit of a hike - but neat.

Perfect place for a date night . Not only does the restaurant spin while you eat but you also get to witness the beautiful view of the entire city at night.

Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Make sure to check your door is locked behind you as they don't shut all the way. Elevators are cool to watch from inside or outside.

A 26 floor leap from the hotels interior will have your body landing on unsuspecting diners in the lobby bar below. If you gotta end it all do it in style at the Hyatt Houston!

When it opened in '72, the Hyatt was a futuristic marvel, with a soaring 30-story atrium & glassed-in elevators . It was so space-age looking that it was featured in the '76 sci-fi movie Logan's Run.

The Hyatt's Spindletop restaurant is a great place to dine...go at sunset to get a great (revolving) view of the city !!

This was an awesome hotel ! The food was wonderful and had great service from the staff .

The bfast buffet downstairs is very good. Excellent service . Excellent food. NO TURKEY or soy products tho. Just PORK . There is a chicken option w the omelets .

One of the best places to stay in Houston downtown - great rooms, great views and awesome service.

These guys have an Einstein Bagel that’s open 24 hours . It’s near impossible to get food in downtown Houston after 2 am so keep this in your back pocket!

Good location & clean . Very supportive staff as well . Only bad thing, the open bar that becomes so noisy at night in your room despite how high your floor was!

Ask the front desk to put you high up so you can get a good view from your room.

Architectural masterpiece. Einsteins Bros Bagels have a bite to eat 24/7.

The WiFi is free and better now but have to relogin every few hours which is annoying.. But can't complain much since its free

Not too happy with the room service . They forgot to bring me my drink with my dinner , then kept me waiting for 25 minutes before bringing it and finally charged me another delivery fee for it!

I work across the street..the newspapers corner bakery is great if you want a snack on the go

The soap, lotion, and shampoo smell like homeless man pee but the lobby is cool.

My two-month-old son was mesmerized by the elevators from the hotel bar . And so was I.

Priceline, please flag places that charge 30 bucks a night for parking .

Wifi really sucks both In lobby and In-room. Rooms are noisy because of construction . Breakfast is Nice though. Would definitely NOT recommend the hotel unless you need downtown proximity.

Free valet parking when you dine at Shula 's Steakhouse or Spindletop. But make sure you tip valet.

Check your bill carefully... The cleaning staff made some calls from my room during the day and the charges were on my bill!!

Don't order the BBQ Prime Rib Sandwich in the Lobby Bar . Really disappointing. The Shrimp Tacos are really good & much better!
