If you order room service , try the chipotle chicken tacos , they are very yummy and fresh! Avoid the BLT Angus Burger ; it's mediocre at best! Nice hotel with a friendly staff .

Upgrade to the escape package. It's $10 more for late check out at 4pm and two breakfast vouchers for an awesome breakfast at either White Oak or Daily Grill worth $25 alone.

Nice hotel . Rooms are bigger than large apartments in many other cities . Convenient access to the Galleria Mall .

If you use the Blue Parking garage (free self parking ) you'll have trouble with a few stairs if you have a stroller or wheelchair.

Comfortable rooms , but the hotel looks outdated. The service could improve a little to be up to par with other Westin hotels , for example, have additional power adapters to lend international guests.

Friendly & accommodating service, okay rooms but my primary reason for staying here is because I do not have to drive anywhere to eat or shop!

Bathroom is on 3rd floor and has great acoustics . At 9am on a Thursday, I feel like recording an album in here.

Basic business hotel , but it's literally attached to the mall . Walking from hotel room to conference one has to scoot through the mall past Auntie Annie's Pretzels .

There is a microwave (and plastic utensils) in the lobby to the right when you enter, next to the escalators.

this is where I stay when I'm in Houston. The staff is so fabulous and the heavenly bed is no joke.

I asked the chef to split a cheese tray at the bar and he/she said "no"! Really!

Even if your room has a balcony , the doors are all locked shut "to comply with building air quality requirements". Pretty weak excuse.

The Westin Oaks faces Westheimer; its sister hotel , the Westin Galleria, faces West Alabama.

Average hotel , clean . Restaurant/bkfst a bit lacking and is located in the mall ...

I wouldn't stay here again. Room walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors. Only pro is that it's directly connected to the Galleria.

Understand that complimentary parking is mall parking not related to hotel . Valet costs $29.00 extra.

Don't get lost! Some of the conference rooms are actually upstairs IN the mall .

This review is exclusively about the bar . It is below Westin standard. Old fashioned and not well kept. Disappointing for the area where it is located: Galleria. It really needs improvement

Great place. Stay on the top floors. They've all been redone in a great way!

If you use google maps for driving directions, beware: coming from Hildago st., it'll tell you to turn on McClure which gets you past the lobby to check in. Go all the way to sage and then turn right
