Hotel undergoing renovation right now. Several guest room floors have been completed. New rooms are nice. When done, hotel will have new Club Floors and Club Lounge . Those will be welcome additions.

The best hotel of the neighborhood . Hurricane-proof. Impressive breakfast . Very kind employees. Delightful.

The water pressure is amazing, and the Hot water lasted all day:D Good Service :) not Ghetto at all. Lol

We stayed here 8/22/15 rm 916. I was awakened @5a in pain from 10 bed bug bites i got while asleep! I called downstairs while my husband stripped the bed and found a big fat bed bug in the sheets.

Why drive.The hotel has great shuttle service. For around 5mile ratios.

There's a Starbucks within walking distance

Try the chicken thighs for dinner !

Don't believe them when they say the shuttle will be there in 20 minutes. Just call a taxi .

Hotel Pool

Nothing like showing up to a hotel that doesn't take cats when you confirmed two times already. On the bright side if one of them peed in the room it wouldn't smell like an ashtray.

There is a constant traffic jam outside this hotel and there is only one driveway right in the middle of it. Do not get off at exit 8c! You will get run over trying to merge and turn into the hotel .

Best water pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed in!

The staff are nice

No hot water this morning hotel-wide. The crappery of the Sheraton brand continues. You can give me Starwood points; I'm still unshowered at client meetings.

No microwaves on site (or so they say...) but they do have free printing downstairs.

Skip the breakfast buffet .

Terrible service!! My bathroom door got stock, I called guest services and they asked to open it by my self with a credit card!! That's Terrible service to me

Valet guys won't stop staring. Not just at hot chicks, either.Breakfast buffet at Omaha Steakhouse inside Sheraton was way overpriced- took forever to get an omelette and coffee , not brought waters.

The Internet here is AWFUL.

This place is kind of ghetto . Not impressed.

La ubicación es buena, la higiene y el servicio bien, la tarifa de reservación no se respeto ????????‍♀️ pero en general bastante bien, volvería a hospedarme pero sin intermediarios para la reservación .
