Well so far so food, odd number room 611. Facing the mall , no noise. Room reminds you if the Liwes hotel in Chicago. Large wall to wall window and sofa . Hotel is contemparary style.

If you have a wedding here make sure you get the steak and chicken on your buffet . Best wedding food yet!

Book in advance on their site and get free parking . So worth it since valet is $20 a night!

Decent stay, my only issue was that valet is $28 but I somehow ended up paying $42. How in the hell that happen? They don't tell you about all the taxes the add to it. Self parking is $20.

Trendy facade (Lobby and bar are great) let down by run down, dirty rooms and tired, stained bathrooms . Don't be fooled by the flash public area, this hotel is run down where it matters

Front desk disorganized. Make sure you give them your CC info. They'll literally lock you out of room!

Worse hotel ever! I booked through rocketmiles based on the stars the hotel was given. Well , the reality is this is a ONE star hotel . The rooms are outdated, they don't follow up on promises.

City View rooms facing the Galleria are nice but make sure you're on a higher floor so you hear less highway noise! Even numbered rooms face downtown (not as much to see though).

I got a bad experience here. The covered me for parking when I did not use it, among other things. I would not recommend a tourist this place.

Hotels are rated on 1-5 Stars. This one says they are a 4. They are only a 3.5 Star.

This hotel is over rated. They have snacks , but for a small bag of m&m's it's $3.00 when they are $1.00 at the store. I was afraid to use the toilet paper afraid I might be charged per square.

Don't stay here if your planning on using the Internet. It's only "slightly" better than a dial up modem!

the valet and security staff are SO rude here. I was so offended by how they treated me that I promise I will never come back here ever again.What a shame such a nice place hires such big jerks.

Their "free" car service is only good for ONE MILE. That is NOT far enough in a big city like Houston. Should be 3-5 miles! Concierge NOT helpful. Front desk NOT helpful. Better the last time.

Bring toothpaste! The hotel does not provide it and they charge $15 for a "travelers kit"

This place tries to hard to be trendy and fails. Miserably. Terrible techno music in the lobby. IKEA threw up in here.

Bit of a bummer the hotel bar closes so early.

Avoid odd-numbered rooms on low floors, as you'll be listening to the freeway all night long.

Why are the beds so short ?
