Hotel located beside freeway. Lobby area huge with a 5 star feel. Wifi slightly slower on reg Free plan. Rooms and toilets clean . Beds high n comfy . L shape sofa in room. Abt 5 mins walk to mall .

Booked the Concierge Floor, which includes happy hour and breakfast on the 23rd floor. The 23rd floor is closed weekends so it's not worth it for weekenders. Great place though! Will stay again.

On our first day here, we looked down from the balcony to see a chef on rhe front lawn. We discovered that behind a few hedges, there was a small herb garden . The chef was picking fresh herbs .

The buffet breakfast was awesome. all food was good. The rooms were very nice, however the shower could have used better ventilation.

Very clean with nice cold air conditioner that you can control in your room.

Business center is great to do work away from home. Very comfortable environment & it's 24 hours ! Nice!

There is a Private taxi who charges USD$140 per return trip to Houston Outlet Mall half hr away. Approx for 7-8pple. Pls ask lady concierge for details. Older Concierge does know know abt this service

Concierge ,older guy does not know his job well.Asked abt private transport to the Outlet Malls and he kept on insisting the hotel doesn't do and asked us to rent a Car.Lady concierge finally helped.

Ver y clean rooms with independent A/C unit control, so you can set the room temperature that suits you.

Breakfast @ reasonable price.Rms clean n comfy beds .Wifi speed acceptable but pay $10 for faster connection.5mins from Mall .
