Hard to work out on Saturday. Every saturday we go there are a lot of people, who don't rerack weights, crowd up on stuff, and get so close you are afraid you will hit or kick them. Exhausting.
I like the classes . The equipment is good, but I have only utilized the classes . Joined when it was Gold's Gym last year.
Love the classes , the staff is so motivating and friendly ! Dont forget to STRETCH in the sauna !

Use the Cardio Cinema to workout while watching a movie .
Make sure you're bringing an umbrella inside the Co-ed Sauna room . It's very hot.
