Great for a quick workout anytime! Cardio theater is a bit too loud , but there are usually always cardio machines available. Weight equipment is aged, but well taken care of. Staff is friendly .

I've never had a problem with management or the front desk staff . They greet me by name every time I come in. The only thing I dislike is that the cardio theatre 's volume is too low!

Taken over by EoS. Can only hope they maintain the equipment better. Quality of equipment went downhill in 2014. So far it looks like EoS has fixed a lot of the issues, fingers X'd for a better '15.

Staff friendly , kept very clean and cardio theatre is great!

FYI- it's bright in the weight area and they have Cinema Cardio upstairs

Stand-up professional/respectful personal trainers . Rude, disrespectful management and staff at the desk. After going here for 2+ years, today is my last here.

Bring headphones. The music always on here is beyond atrocious
