I haven't tried any authentic Taiwanese braised beef noodles yet so I think theirs is pleasantly flavorful enough for me.
Had their Braised Beef Tendon and Shank Noodle . Noodle texture and broth flavour were just about right, overall a decent bowl of beef noodles !
They are using bowls with Mao Zetong's famous poem. Just curious about how many ppl can read and understand it.
Limited but more than sufficient in variety of choice. Not sure if the food here replicates taiwanese beef noodles well enough - I'll keep my preferences, you be the judge for yourself & tell me!
GST and service charge are included and the portion size is not big. But the soup and beef are really flavorful so it's still pretty satisfying.
Dry noodle with scallion oil is the umami bath your mouth needs
Fantastic beef soup !
Huge noodle serving
Fairly large portions . Beef noodles is quite good
trying "the nu experience"
Singapore [F1RST] Ne Lu (樂牛) Taiwanese noodles bar now open at Vivocity from Wednesday, 6th November 2013.
Tang O is good but the noodle soup is very salty. Maybe because I ordered with preserved veg .
Soup too bland compared to really good traditional Taiwanese beef noodles . Hope it improved as it's actually not that bad.
Soup base is perfect..
Great noodle
Seriously, e noodles are not worth trying. The soup is tasteless, e broad noodle is too soft & soggy and the beef is too hard! Totally no Taiwan taste! The cold side dishes are nice only.
too sweet for my palate. i thought beef noodle should be more brothy and savoury.i dont like the idea of sweet soup :-( thumbs down
Not as good as the branch in Bugis Junction.
Beef noodle whoops
big bowl but small portion
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Pickled lettuce is too salty. The soup is flavorful but a bit too oily.
Mediocre food. Beef soup tastes like it was made from cabbages
Very salty!
soup is bland and sourish. go to food republic instead.
