I had the popular hakata ramen but the noodles were a tad too soft and the soup base was very obvious it was not real broth. Good thing was that you can eat your fill here as they give freeflow noodle

Meh. So so. They don't allow to select the doneness of the noodles and the tsukumen I had didn't have enough noodles . They even mixed the noodles with the other stuff.
