Bar rouge is the most racist bar in the whole world. I went their with my two Chinese friends and they said my friends can enter but I can't coz am black. Hahahaha

Great rooftop scene views . Go before the city light turn off around 10 ish. A lot expats / tourists / business people here. 100 to get in. Nice to check out once but crowd is stag and hooker feel

Is the bar with very nice view of shanghai and any category of customers but to compare to the service and music entry and drinks are to expensive but it's nice for once
