Apple Valley Fair

Last year at this same store I remember having my mac fixed by a so-called "genius guy" (to me he's more like an asshole). Year after and they now have a great staff ! Kudos for improving!

Its a riot in here, yet just enough staff to help evryone. Mst ppl are here to touch and grope the gadgets, skip the entrance, go to the end to find smone who can help you without getting distracted.

A bit slow wait time at the Genius Bar but left very happy since my blown-speaker iPhone 5 was replaced with a brand new phone . Thank You warranty!

If you don't plan on buying an iPhone , you can often skip the line outside. The best part - there's usually an associate ready to help out.

Excellent service . When you’re in the neighborhood , be sure to visit 1 Infinite Loop and Apple Park .

Apple always opens their arms to my puppy doggy when I visit the store. I LOVE Apple!

Make sure you have an appointment. Then when you get there, don't assume you have to stand in line , just ask. Then expect to wait several minutes anyway.

The customer service here is impressively good considering they are constantly bombarded with customers. Visit another location though if time is an issue.

i noticed that my battery had swollen The store manager was very rude. He was telling me about the lemon law??? You guys have disappointed me big time.

Way overpriced! Felt like I was at a New Car Lot full of pesky salesman following you around trying to push products that your not even looking for down your throat

I have a pair of airpods that are losing charge. The Apple Genius told me rudely that they work but just don't hold charge. Wanted me to pay $150 to replace them. Bad customer service.
