Cologne section of Macy's here takes care of their customers really well . Always courteous and nice.

As with the store's name, it does not carry any female or children's clothing . It's a men's haven

Men's fitting room is very spacious and less crowded compared to women's fitting room. Try it.

In my experience with the suit salespeople (twice), they were terrible. Better off going to a Men's Wearhouse or other suit place for more personal service.

Lousy Macy's service all around. Whole store is undermanned and employees don't care to help customers out!!!!!
