Service was abrupt, in a friendly kind of way. Food looked absolutely amazing but tasted OK. It’s a charming little house of contradictions.
2 course lunch menu for £10 is amazing value for money , the food is seriously delicious. Best chicken I've had for a long long time. Lovely atmosphere too

Really cheap cocktails on Friday and Saturday night but the whiskey ones were not great. Old fashioned was shaken so too weak
Lots of choices of gin . Eg Millers and Hendrix . Good tonic too

£18.50 for a Sunday lunch is a tad steep. Wouldn't mind if it was a large lunch . But it's not :(
