Used to be a home from home when Laughing John lived in the Clock Tower. Still a great bar with friendly service and an amazing range of Continental beers !

Love this place. Great peroni and the comedy club downstairs is a must for a good Saturday night

nice people, good draught selection ; cask , IPA , lagers . decent menu for a pub . oldest comedy club in London can be found downstairs.

Love this pub . Great food and atmosphere, excellent drinks list and good staff . Neighbourhood gem.

Am gutted to hear that Club Senseless has been cancelled by the new management & also there maybe less comedy soon. This has now put me off going back! Hopefully the management will be changed soon!

Delicious, fresh food and great range of drinks. Well worth paying a bit more than Spoons opposite :)

No worries people. Comedy is going nowhere. Only the underperforming nights got cancelled. Many more live music events in the future as well .

The guy who runs trivia is pretty funny.

Visited here last Friday, loud , messy and so expensive - £10.40 for a Guinness and a G&T. Won't come here again, plenty of people will though just because it's Crouch End

I've had the roast pork here before; not bad but gravy a bit watery...the battered black pudding was interesting tho'.
