Excellent nail spa . Spacious , trendy & great prices. Kaye was my manicurist , she was kinda bossy and her massage/scrub was too fast but overall high quality finish. A new favourite. ???? ????

Amazing vibes, relaxing music lots of greens and above all, professional welcoming staff . I had a blow dry, Padicure and manicure and gel color .. definitely becoming a customer..

Good decor, but how about you care more about the quality of the service rather than making the place look fancy ? Worst experience ever!

The place is nice, I liked the service. Pedicure seats are built like private cubicles so it’s not ideal if you’re going with someone & want to have a conversation because there is a wall between you

Pretty good. Like most Saudis spas , it is a bit overpriced but the service made up for it.

Their price is not expensive but compared to the service i got i would say that its not worth it. The manicurist was rushing towards the end to the point where she stood up while doing my nails . 7/10

Dirty water sink, empty nail polish bottles, toes polish was wiped off as soon as I went out of the door! They lifted up my feet while doing a pedicure and placed it on the cold metal water tab!

The only good thing here is their music playlist, and nothing else. The staff made me feel unwelcome and seemed bothered and impatient.

The most professional nail spa Riyadh have ever seen ???? they do have online booking through an app. They seriously need to expand their nail polish collection.

من الاماكن اللي تجربها مره وحده ولا ترجع لها، العاملات مو مدربات كويس. الواحد اذا بيدفع سعر عالي يبي يشوف خدمه بروفيشنال????????

شغلهم 4.5/5 عشان ظفر واحد مايل بس محد انتبه مب واضح ????+مافيه خيارات للمناكير بس ألوان، لكن المكان والتعامل يشترى رايقين وكيوت????????✨. سعرهم شوي مرتفع pedicure/manicure ب250 والأطفال مناكير يد فقط ب30.

من اسوأ النيل شوب بالرياض خدمة و تعامل عاملاتهم سرقوا سوارة و صاحبة المكان اسلوبها جدا سيء ترفع صوتها و ترفض تتجاوب معك بالعكس يقلبون عليك و يرفضون يفتشون عاملاتهم بسبب ان هذي مشكلتك نسيتي !!

صراحه ماعرف احكي عن التأخير واني جايه عالوقت ولا اني قلت مابي يشيلون ال cuticles وشالتها وبرضو جرحت اصابعي ???? واغلب الاشياء مو عندهم. Never coming back again.

المكان نظيف والأدوات كويسة بس العمالة ???????? حرفيا جالسين يتعلمون على اظافري !! الخدمة ابدا ماتستحق المبلغ اللي دفعته

جميل المكان والخدمه كمان بس مشكله حوض الارجل صغير ولا فيه طاوله لليدين بكرسي البودكير والمنكير

حجزت عندهم signature mani-pedi، الشيء الوحيد الحلو هو الديكور. لكن تعامل موظفة الاستقبال كان جداً سيء، موعدي كان ٧ وماخلصوني الا ١٠:٤٥ !! غيروا لي الManicurist أكثر من ٣ مرات، و جرّحوا يديني.

النتيجة كانت جداً سيئة ومن أفشل التجارب. الاهتمام بالديكور لا يكفي اذا كانت الخدمات سيئة وبطيئة وتعامل الموظفات سيء!
