Make sure you specify what kind of BBQ sauce you want, especially if it’s a to go order, they don’t automatically put it in. The Lemon Meringue pie is amazing, perfect flavor, not too eggy!

I can attest that it is the best I've ever had. Brisket was moist, chicken was delish. White BBQ sauce was outstanding. This is a must stop for meal time. Open 9:30am-8:30pm.

Ribs and pork were really good. The brisket was bit dry and tough. Got Mac and cheese with potato salad and those were good

Although Chris Lilly is one of my barbecue hero's the food didn't match up to his reputation. Dry pork and chicken . Pies were the best but it's a BBQ joint not a bakery .

It's a family tradition. Every time we visit Alabama from Michigan, we have to stop at Big Bob Gibson's. It was my grandma's favorite.

I had the brisket , but I tried my husband's ribs and that was my favorite part of the meal - try both!

Little sampler plate was more than enough. Pork , brisket , beans, Cole slaw all fantastic.

Bbq is awesome, but a better selection of sides and possibly some corn bread would definitely put this quaint spot on top!

Pork is not quite up to the hype, but still really good. The Mac and cheese is top notch.

Baked beans are a must, stew is good, so are ribs , brisket , and pulled pork .

Extremely rude server. She also "threw" our plates of food at us like frisbees . Never came back for our pie order. Cheap , good portion sizes, but terrible service.

Have a piece of their homemade pie . It's almost as good as the barbecue !!!
