Totally unbelievably reasonable happy hour . Beautiful bartenders . Great location for people watching outside or occasional douche watching inside.

There isn't much to not like about this place. My business partner and myself love this place. We've turned our friends into State Social-ites. Definitely, a great 'Man Cave ' with awesome service.

Happy hour meatball sliders are pretty good. A order comes with 3 and are small. So if you're hungry or splitting them you might want two orders but tasty :)

U can bring your own sticks but it's a $10 cut fee. Seems fair to me. But terrible terrible terrible food. So eat b4 u come. Then chill with good stick and drink.

Sticky old bar . Gets fun, but stay simple. Not a fan of the cigar smoke.

Not impressed. Food is overpriced and not that good. Empty on football game days. The back room has a cigar lounge and smoke lingers into State . Bras and panties are hung from the ceiling. Weird?
