Great bar . None of that tacky "oirish" decor, just a great friendly bar in a classy setting. (Hence the name D4!) Staff are friendly and beer selection is top. Brendan the owner is usually around too

I've been here numerous time. The grilled cheese with tomato soup is a small plate but perfect to fill you up before a night out. The chicken pot pie is super hearty and yummy!

Shrimp po boy is light and refreshing. The chicken pot pie was hearty and filling. I doubt there is anything bad on the menu. One of our favorite restaurants .

Chicken sand-which was awesome! The pulled pork was amazing too. The steak frites was so delicious and the service was great!

Food is amazing - unexpected! Fish tacos , meatball sliders , blackened salmon salad and fish & chips all were fantastic.

The beef brisket sandwich with jalapeños & onion rings is incredible! Get a good German Doppelbock to wash it down!

Great spot to grab a bite before a movie at the AMC River East. Stuffed Avocado appetizer is amazing. Scallops are also too notch.

Hidden gem to be sure. Omelets at brunch were great. Fantastic potatoes and homemade English muffins (a must!).

Showed up 5 minutes late for breakfast and they still served me and guess what? It was awesome. Friendly waitstaff and good quality eats. Try the Irish coffee

Happy Hour is too legit to quit! Not too many drink specials , but food specials are great for Chicago if you want an early dinner and/or snack !

Really good fish and chips and love the veal meatballs . The sauce was delicious.

Try the Turkey Burger - It comes with an Asian style slaw on it and it tastes surprisingly good! I only needed half - quite large. I suggest sharing.

The starry night cocktail is awesome, as are the chicken fingers and brie and pear flatbread appetizers . Service here is great too!

15 beers in draft that you can sample with 4 oz taster sizes for $3 . Variety the spice of life!

I enjoy coming here to grab a beer & nice meal. The atmosphere is amazing because it's a calm environment .

I love everything about this place, but the fish and chips are THE BEST.

The food was good. Service was okay. The ambience and menu don’t scream “Irish” to me but if you’re looking for a decent (and expensive ) sandwich , this is the place.
