Leo's Pastor Spit Chef uses no gloves. The Taco Stand across the way on San Vicente, Pico & Tremaine does. Both are great and use deliscious, fresh meat & fresh pineapple slices. Best 2 Tacos around????

Legit al pastor off the spit happens on the weekend (Fri-Sun). Lengua & asada are good any day, though. Go easy on toppings: cilantro , lemon , onion , avocado salsa enhance & doesn't overpower.
