This was a great place to spend a few hours on a hot and humid afternoon! So many displays and areas to see. I loved it, more people need to visit this place.
Great place to take family and spend the afternoon. Free admission and the staff was friendly . I really enjoyed the civil war exhibit .
Check out some classic Iowa nostalgia at the Iowa State Historical Building . Added bonus, admission is free! Even better added bonus, there is a gift shop with decent merchandise on-site.
Leave a tip! This place is so empty and the exhibits are fabulous.
