A bit dated from the outside and the room showed wear but comfortable and better than average. Restaurant menu was great - highly recommend the beef feather blade. Worth getting the full English too!
Great gym and pool! Nowt better than staying in the steam room until you can no longer take the heat, then jumping in the pool to cool off. Brilliant!
If you are staying on a park and fly basis, ensure your room is at the front of the hotel were the lifts are located if bringing luggage! At the rear there is only stairs!!!!
Lovely pool and jacuzzi area
We were there for a days meeting Saturday. There was only one waitress on the bar at lunchtime Surely they could have got more. The queue was so long and so slow I never got served.Manager please note
In the main bar, Alex, The Barrista crafts excellent Coffees and jolly good tea too - his smiling 'can do' service is grand and BW should recognise him. ???? thank you - David W G Bell
Burgers are good, decent place for meeting clients, conference facilities are excellent, good for parties, staff are friendly & helpful,restaurant food is delicious,but wifi is iffy,& bad phone signal - Sang N
Good attentive bar staff and great food served promptly. Love the 24hr gym and swimming pool open from 06.30 - Guy Griffiths
